Full Circle Festival

A Newfangled Stringband Hootenanny

JUNE 22-24, 2018

We are a homemade non-profit music festival held over the summer solstice weekend in rural Nova Scotia. We love music, good food, friendly friends, dogs, children, and dancing in warm summer air.

Food Vendors

For the first time this year, Full Circle Festival will be offering a meal plan for the weekend! However we'd still love to have some tasty treats from vendors such as healthy snacks, treats, coffee, and night food. Please fill out the form below if you'd like to join us in offering delicious, creative, local and sustainable food options.

Crafters Solstice Market

The Solstice Market runs from 10 am until 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The cost is $75 per vendor, which includes two passes to the festival grounds and camping. If you require additional passes for your booth you can purchase them at a 10% discount.

We like to pull together an eclectic combination of makers, artists and businesses. Makers that work with natural, recycled or sustainable materials are some of our favourite types of vendors. We also encourage local community cultural and heritage groups to join us, we have 5 free booths to  not for profit organizations looking to engage with a new audience.

For a look back at last year's market, check out these albums on the Avon River Heritage museum's facebook page:

Vendors are welcome to arrive anytime after 8:30 am on Saturday morning to start setting up. Please check in at the registration desk first (located in the baseball dug out) when you first arrive, there you will receive your vendor wristbands and be directed towards your booth space. If you arrive on Friday you can collect your wristbands at the registration desk ahead of time, but you will have to check in again in the morning.

During set-up you will able to park along Belmont Road and Wharf Road, afterwards you will have to move your vehicles. We will have a special parking area for vendors and musicians, so you can move your car there or to the main festival parking area once you have finishing unloading.

Electricity is available but limited. You will need to bring an extension cord(s).

Crafters are welcome to store their valuables in the Artist's Landing Gallery (located upstairs in the museum) overnight for safe keeping. The museum closes for the day at 5pm and will re-open at 10 am.
